Change
We lead lives in which we often find ourselves just running to stand still. So afraid of that which we do not know, that we have created no room at all for it in our lives. When delayed, necessary change may be a severe and destructive force in our lives. Yet change is the only vehicle through which we may find relief as well.
Change has become an almost pathologically avoided agent in our lives. Customarily, people are only compelled towards change when the discomfort of where we are exceeds the fear of the unknown. However, it is only when we are ready to accept change, that there may be growth and truly meaningfully living.
When given the safety and space to initiate change in our lives, we can almost instantaneously feel the relief and see the positive effects of growth, actualization and change in our lives and our relationships.
