Distress
There is necessary disappointment, frustration and anxiety in the human condition. When that disappointment, frustration or anxiety is met by an individual and a context within which it may not be processed in a healthy manner, that distress creates a void in the development of the personality. Together we’ll look to find and create a greater perspective and allow the permission and safety necessary to substantiate feelings in a productive manner and move forward with intention.
